By accessing or using easypadhai.com and Easy Padhai services (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information. Minors should use the Platform under parent/guardian or school supervision. Teachers represent they have authority to enter student data they upload.

2. Accounts

• One user account per person unless multi-student/parent features explicitly allow otherwise.
• Keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for cheating in exams or submitting AI work as solely your own without school permission
• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to hack, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Share paid account access in violation of your plan
• Misuse teacher tools to share private student data publicly without consent

4. Subscriptions & payments

• Free and paid plans include daily/monthly AI usage limits as shown in your dashboard.
• Prices, credits, and plan features may change with notice where required.
• Payments are processed by third-party gateways; refunds follow our published refund policy and applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

Platform software, branding, and UI belong to Easy Padhai. You retain rights to content you upload; you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the services you request.

6. AI services

AI outputs are provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy. See our Disclaimer for details.

7. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may terminate or limit access for violations, non-payment, or operational reasons.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
